I consider myself a deep-feeler, a lifelong learner, and someone who believes that staying engaged in my own healing work helps me hold space for yours.”

Somatic Therapist Brooklyn, New York

I aim to show up as a human first, therapist second—ready to laugh, cry, and navigate whatever emerges alongside you.

My path to becoming a therapist was born from my own healing journey and a genuine love for human connection that has shaped my practice for over a decade.

I believe that healing happens in relationship—that while we may be wounded in connection with others, it's through healthy, trusting bonds that we can repair and find our way back to wholeness. My approach weaves together body wisdom with mindfulness and heart-centered practices to help you reconnect with your authentic self. As a certified ketamine-assisted psychotherapy provider, I'm passionate about integrating modern science with ancient wisdom to create meaningful shifts in how we approach healing. Ketamine can be a powerful ally in helping you access deeper insights, notice patterns, and process experiences that may feel stuck, all within a safe and supportive container.

I specialize in helping you understand how past experiences live in your body and impact your present relationships. Rather than focusing on what's wrong with you, I work from a place of curiosity and compassion, trusting that you already hold the wisdom you need. My role is simply to help you unearth it.

Outside of my work, you'll find me dancing, doodling, communing with trees, singing Broadway show tunes, or partaking in staring contests with my dog, Goose. I consider myself a deep-feeler, a lifelong learner, and someone who believes that staying engaged in my own healing work helps me hold space for yours.
