Shadow of flower, fall ketamine group in Brooklyn

Fall 2026 Ketamine-Assisted Psychotherapy (KAP) Group in Williamsburg, Brooklyn

Join Julie Goldberg, LMHC & Jenna Burr, LCSW of Third Nature Therapy for a small and intimate group KAP experience.

This in-person ketamine-assisted psychotherapy group is held in Williamsburg, Brooklyn, for people across New York City who are seeking a safe, guided, and relational psychedelic therapy experience.

Who Is This Group For?

This group is designed for people who already have some experience with ketamine and are looking for a more supported, relational, and affordable way to continue their work.

This group may be a good fit if you:

  • Have previously participated in individual Ketamine-Assisted Psychotherapy (KAP) and would like to continue working with ketamine.

  • Have received ketamine through a ketamine clinic and are looking for a more therapeutic and relational experience.

  • Have found ketamine helpful and want to continue exploring its benefits beyond a short-term course of treatment.

  • Are interested in experiencing ketamine in a small group setting alongside other people doing intentional inner work.

  • Want access to experienced trauma therapists who can support both your ketamine experiences and the integration process.

Group KAP in Brooklyn, NY

More Than Ketamine

One of the unique benefits of this group is that you aren't navigating the ketamine experience alone. Many ketamine clinics focus primarily on the medical administration of ketamine and may offer limited or no ongoing psychotherapy.

At Third Nature Therapy, two experienced trauma therapists will be present throughout the group experience, with dedicated preparation and integration sessions to help you make meaning of what emerges.

The group model also makes ongoing KAP more financially accessible while maintaining a high level of therapeutic support, safety, and connection.

Why Group KAP?

Ketamine can open a door—but what happens around the experience matters.

For many people, ketamine treatment ends when the medication wears off. Group KAP offers something different: an opportunity to continue this work within a supportive therapeutic relationship and a community of people doing their own inner work.

Group KAP offers:

  • Continued access to ketamine therapy at a lower cost than ongoing individual KAP.

  • Two trauma-informed therapists present during your ketamine sessions, rather than receiving ketamine with limited therapeutic support.

  • Preparation and integration to help you approach each experience intentionally and bring what emerges into your everyday life.

  • The healing potential of community—experiencing your own inner process alongside others while remaining focused on your individual journey.

  • A small, intimate setting where you can build familiarity and trust with your facilitators and fellow participants.
