Julie Goldberg, LMHC

Hi, I’m Julie—a licensed therapist with over 15 years of experience in trauma healing, mindfulness, and nervous system regulation. In my private practice, I integrate EMDR, somatic therapies, and Polyvagal-informed approaches to help clients regulate from the inside out—so they can feel more grounded, connected, and free.

After guiding hundreds of clients through these methods in therapy sessions, I created the Nervous System Reset course to make this work accessible beyond the therapy room.
