The combination of creative expression and intellectual curiosity shapes my therapeutic approach, which centers on repairing and strengthening the connection between mind and body.”

I offer a steady, non-judgmental presence while you navigate the nuanced, complicated parts of being a person that don't resolve neatly. Growth is uncomfortable, and I believe the most healing thing I can do is stay with you in that discomfort rather than rush you past it.

I bring a warm, easygoing affect to that work, along with a genuine belief in your creative spark. Life and trauma are often absurd, and I think it matters that we can find the humor in that together.

I come to this work from a multidisciplinary background in the arts and neuroscience. That combination of creative expression and intellectual curiosity shapes my therapeutic approach, which centers on repairing and strengthening the connection between mind and body. My experience is also personal: I've done my own trauma work and been through trauma therapy myself, so I understand firsthand what it means to be guided and accompanied through that process.

I draw on relational, psychodynamic, and experiential modalities. Psychodynamic work helps us understand intellectually how past experiences shaped patterns that once served you and may no longer. IFS and EMDR are experiential tools that support processing trauma somatically, activating the body's own innate capacity to heal. Together, these approaches support a holistic journey toward growth.

I especially enjoy working with LGBTQIA+ and neurodivergent folks, creatives, and adults and young adults navigating complex trauma (C-PTSD). I keep flexible availability, including evenings, to make that work.
